Samsung Electronics suspends shipments to Russia

According to Korean media reports, Samsung Electronics has stopped shipping its products to Russia.

Samsung Electronics ranks first in the Russian smartphone market with a share of about 30%, well above Apple's 13%. In addition, Samsung owns a TV factory in Russia.

"Our thoughts are with all those affected, and our priority is to ensure the safety of all our employees and their families," Samsung said in a statement.
