In today`s DRAM spot market, the demand is strong. For rising stocking volume, a few buyers follow up the buying price. However, most suppliers expect the drop in the future and stop quoting after noon session. Eventally, the trading conditions are limited. In the mainstream category, the average price of DDR4 8G (1G*8) 2400 rises to 3.100 and the average price of DDR4 512×8-2400 rises to USD 1.785. The average price of DDR3 512×8-1600/1866 rises to USD 1.538 and as for DDR3 256*8 1600/1866 models, the average price rises to USD 1.025. The price of DDR3 128Mx8 1600/1866 stays at USD 1.085, as for the eTT, the price of DDR3 512×8/1333 rises to USD 1.307 and for DDR3 256Mx8/1333, it rises to USD 0.627.
In today`s NAND Flash spot market, the spot supply for some brand chips is short while the market quotes tend to be higher. The buyers stay cautious and show inactive in releasing orders. Thus, the overall buying price rises slightly. As for the memory card market, MicroSD 4G/8G/16G is influenced by the supply of wafeurs and the demand turn stronger. Also, some transactions are made in the low-priced part. At the same time, serveral suppliers adjust their strategies to quote, such as lower volume at higher price. However, the target prices show slow to catch up.
